Destination Harley - Silverdale placed the service in service shop. It began with a pleasant conversation with Patrick about 30K services, then was followed up by Pick-up and Delivery service being available for a 3 day turn around including Thanksgiving Holiday. Awesome. The transport driver Jesse was courteous, friendly, and I could tell my motorcycle was in good hands. I got a call from Patrick to discuss the maintenance items and they had the motorcycle on the rack that same day. The next call from Patrick was to discuss what they found, not much, and to arrange payment. Jesse again delivered the motorcycle unscathed and clean. Thank you for the quick turnaround, delivery service and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. I'll be looking to Silverdale for future shop needs. (Employee: Patrick Sharp)
