My whole experience with the Silverdale location has been nothing but amazing. First, our purchase was the best, no-pressure, enjoyable experience I ever had during a bigger purchase. From sales through finance, everything was smooth and relaxed, in a timely manner, and comfortable. Unfortunately I had issues with my bike, just shortly after I purchased it and was a little lost. The service department not only picked it up twice, but also fast-tracked the repair and were able to squeeze me into their packed schedule. The malfunction, which was technically my fault, was repaired and the tab was picked up by the Silverdale location. I am beyond impressed, happy, satisfied, and whatever other positive terms you can imagine! If you want a reliable partner during your purchase and afterwards, seek business with this amazing crew!
